Each week our Service Desk receives roughly 100 customer calls with queries relating to data within AudaEnterpriseGold. Where any of these queries identify that a correction is needed within AudaGraphics or our database, the response generated is shared in the form of an FAQ posted on our website.
Our website is regularly updated with these FAQs to ensure that our response to these queries is shared across our entire user community. In addition to including the FAQs on our website and within monthly editions of eLink-Up, we also publish the most current within the My Audatex page of Global Claims Centre (GCC) for our repairer customers.

When selecting the rear right quarter panel, guide number 3482, no mention is given in the operation description to remove and refit the fuel tank

AudaGraphics shows that the wing badges, guide numbers 811/812 can be removed and refitted
Mazda M5 Sport - Partial renew on side panels
When selecting the partial panel the renew option is not available, but the cut lines are shown.
