Receiving the latest versions of AudaEnterpriseGold - AudaMaint
From the release of AudaEnterpriseGold 3.5, users of Global Claims Centre (GCC) will be able to automatically install subsequent versions via the AudaMaint facility, thus removing the need to use discs (data discs will still be sent out as normal, click here for more information on this).
A message will appear in the bottom left of your screen in GCC to let you know an update is available and a pop up in the bottom right will prompt you to download an update.
If you decide to carry out the download, it will run in the background and not affect your ability to continue working - much like Windows Updates we all receive.
You can however choose to ignore the download prompt and leave it for a more convenient time. If you do this you will be reminded later in the day, or on next log-in.
